What is NIA?

NIA is a holistic mind-body fitness practice that blends dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. It’s a joyful alternative to the “no pain, no gain” culture, focusing instead on body awareness, pleasure and emotional expression. Movements can be modified to fit how your body feels.
