Celebrate Yule, the Winter Solstice with the Misty Mountain Covenant of UU Pagans on Sunday, December 21st, following the morning service.

Yule marks the longest night of the year and the turning of the wheel toward returning light. It is a time for warmth, community, reflection, and welcoming hope into the dark of winter.

We will join the congregation for Soup Sunday from 12 – 1 pm, a simple shared meal that honors the season’s themes of comfort and togetherness.

Our Yule ritual will take place from 1 – 3 pm in Fellowship Hall. This gathering is open to all, whether you are a longtime member of cUUps or simply curious about earth-centered spiritual practice within a UU framework.

Together, we will reflect on the turning of the season, honor the quiet gifts of winter, and kindle symbolic light as we welcome the year’s rebirth.
