What is the prayer that’s already praying inside of you?

What do you pray for? From time immemorial, the act of praying to our gods has gone hand in hand with the human spiritual journey. Regardless of your theology, prayer is available to each of us in myriad forms. We will explore that it takes to reintroduce prayer to our lives, including a UU prayer bead practice inspired by Erik Walker Wikstrom.
