Our annual meeting will be Sunday, June 7, at 12 noon following the worship service and coffee hour.

Our bylaws require us to hold an annual meeting to conduct the business of this fellowship and prepare for the upcoming fiscal year. We need a quorum of members to duly elect our slate of officers and pass the budget for the coming 2026-2027 year.

If you cannot attend in person, you may attend via Zoom, or you may arrange to vote by proxy. The Zoom link will be provided to Members only via email prior to the meeting.

To attend via Zoom or to vote by proxy, look for the links via email that will be released by the Fellowship office in the coming days.

All members in good standing, meaning those who have signed the membership book and have made a contribution of record this fiscal year at least 10 days prior to the meeting (May 28), may vote. Friends may attend but do not have voting privileges.
