Each year in May or June, our congregation gathers for our Annual Meeting. This is usually dedicated to the following items:

• written reports of the highlights of the year’s activities
• election of officers, board members and specific committee members
• a report of the fellowship’s financial status in the current year
• presentation and approval of a budget for the next year
• other appropriate business

Per our Bylaws, the meeting is chaired by the President or the Vice President of the Board. The meeting date is also required to be announced at least 15 days prior to the meeting. 30% of the membership shall constitute a quorum.
