Fellowship Hall (FH) is available to use by small groups for committee and team meetings. 
Committees or teams should schedule their meetings with the Office Manager office@nulluufhnc.org to ensure their timeframe is available and to prevent doubling up or overlapping of meetings.  ( Check the calendar HERE )

Important Reminders

All the details are in the agreements, but here are a few important reminders for anyone using the facility:

  • All rooms used must be returned to pre-use condition including chairs, tables, and all other items returned to their original places. Make sure all bathrooms, upstairs and down, are vacated, lights off and no toilets left running. Turn off all inside lights, upstairs and down. Check to be sure that all are locked and securely latched. Heat/HVAC thermostats will reset automatically.
  • If the Fellowship Hall was used, please remove all items, including food, that was brought in for the meeting. The kitchen should be clean, including countertops, and the stoves/ovens turned off. Rinse dishes used, place in dishwasher, and start the dishwasherPlease arrange for someone to come in to put the dishes away after the dishwasher has finished running. Pots and pans are to be washed and put away. Remove your trash, we have a “carry-in,carry-out” policy. If used, clean the coffeemaker. (FOLLOW POSTED INSTRUCTIONS). Wash the coffee pots and return to coffeemaker. Turn off the warmers on the coffeemaker.
