We invite you to lend a helping hand at the beautiful Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site.
This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to preserving the legacy of one of America’s greatest poets, while enjoying the scenic surroundings of this historic landmark.
Whether you’re an experienced volunteer or new to UUFH, your support is invaluable! Projects may include assisting with grounds maintenance, helping in the garden, or other light tasks to keep the site looking its best.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. We’ll provide all the tools and materials needed for the day. All ages and skill levels are welcome!
