Let’s Celebrate Black History again and again and again!
UU Lessons for the Week:
- The Principles of Unitarian Universalism Review – what do we believe as Unitarian Universalists? We’ll review the principles of Unitarian Universalism together while in our chalice lighting circle.
- Words are Powerful – We’ll discuss which words we use to discuss race and agree on words that feel safe, show love and demonstrate inclusivity.
- The 3rd Principle: We believe that we should accept one another and keep on learning together. We will read stories on this theme and then play cooperative games together.
Reminders:
- We’re hiring! The Family Ministry is thrilled to welcome so many new families! We need an assistant for the nursery and playroom. Please email RE@nulluufhnc.org or call Sunday Shae at (504)444-9842 if you or someone you know is interested in the position.
- Sunday School Guides Needed on February 26 because Sunday Shae is going out of town. Able to help lead a lesson on voting rights? Sign-up on Sunday or email RE@nulluufhnc.org. You’ll need to complete a background check and brief training session first.
