This Sunday begins our month of Holidays! Yes you read that right, every Sunday of December we are going to celebrate a different holiday! Did you know there were so many holidays this month? Can you name them all? to start us off we are going to celebrate Hanukkah! Join us on Sunday to learn the story of Hanukkah and why it’s important to the Jewish people. Also be sure to pay attention because at the end of the month we’re going to explore what all of these holidays have in common.

Last week we talked a little bit about genie wishes, and many of you said you wanted world peace. Well since genie wishes aren’t real were going to explore one of the biggest issues to world peace and see if we can think of some creative solutions. Let’s learn about the idea of a Jewish state.

            Buckle up for a hot button topic known around the world as Israel/Palestine. We’ll be pretending we are UN negotiators searching for a solution for world peace. Because as we all know world peace needs to start in the middle east.  explore how this whole mess happened, talk about the issues and politics involved and discuss options for moving forward.
