In Person, Indoor services

“To All, ( from the Board)

With the newest guidance from the CDC and Gov. Cooper that fully vaccinated people can be both inside and outside without masks you can probably guess that things are moving forward pretty rapidly.

The board is planning to start indoor services June 6, 2021.
The Annual meeting will be in person the following week with streaming for those that are not comfortable meeting in person.

Even as CDC Guidelines have eased, we are proceeding with caution as some of us may have not yet gotten the Covid-19 Vaccine.  There will be adjustments we need to make as we move forward so we will all need to be patient with the process

The May 23rd outdoor service has been canceled so we can make arrangements for gathering in-person indoors since we only have 3 weeks to get everything in order.
Coming back together will not be an easy transition,  from having to isolate and stay at home to meeting in-person. So, patience is asked of everyone as we probably will make mistakes.
We are looking at having outdoor services once a month to accommodate children who have not yet been vaccinated, the first is scheduled for June 20th.  The board did meet with Family Ministry and this is all subject to change depending on the feedback from them, but plan on June 6th for the first indoor service, with an outdoor service June 20th.

Patience!!
