UUFH Library
Our members and friends are invited to explore and check out books from the UUFH Library, located in the Fellowship Hall. This is an excellent collection of books on a wide ranging number of topics! On this page, you’ll find details about using the library and its online catalog.
If you have questions or would like to share a book recommendation, please contact the office.
How to Check Out & Return Books
Check out: Sign your name and date on the card (inside back book cover). Place the card in the front of the small file box on the library shelf.
Return: Place the book on the shelf in front of the books to be checked in and re-shelved.
The TinyCat Online Catalog
Most of UUFH’s books, media titles, and pamphlets are available in our online catalog.
You can open our catalog on the TinyCat website or start your search here:
Notes on Using TinyCat
- Use the search to locate a specific book title, author or subject
- On the main page for our library, you can also click a book cover image from the scrolling selection to take you to the book’s bibliographic record.
- Below the title and author are the call number (see below) and subject tags, sometimes a description or review of the book, and/or a list of books on a similar topic.
- Scroll to the bottom of any individual book record for links to Amazon reviews and purchase options or LibraryThing reviews, a selection of similar books, and a list of other libraries who own the book.
