Preparing For Your Live Experience Via Zoom

What you’ll need:
Desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone with a camera (for video meeting) or a phone for audio meeting. The experience is WAY better with video.

What does this mean?
You can be present while the meeting is happening real time; however, you’ll need to download the Zoom application for your desktop or app for your small device.

Go HERE for the Apple download for iPad and iPhone
Go HERE for the Android download for tablets and phones
Go HERE for desktop and laptop downloads; click on Zoom Client for Meetings

If you are having trouble, call a friend, a grandchild or techie in your family for help. The world is experiencing virtual meetings, so there are lots of people out there to help you.

If you’d rather just call in (use any phone), that information is always shared at the same time the link is sent out.

Then what?
When you receive your email, it will have a Zoom link. Click on that link when you are ready to join the meeting. More than likely, you will be put in a waiting room. When the host is ready, you will be admitted.

What time?
Please plan to “arrive” at least 15 minutes before if you have never zoomed. Again, you might be put in a waiting room initially. If you have successfully participated in multiple meetings, then feel free to arrive about five minutes before.
