ANNOUNCEMENT CHANGE :
Hello All!
Last week I sent out an announcement about an upcoming attempt at outdoor worship that was to occur on the 23rd of this month. THIS IS INCORRECT.
After an emergency board meeting on Saturday (5/15) afternoon to discuss the new CDC regulations it was decided that we would attempt INDOOR worship for the adults beginning June 6th; with an OUTDOOR multigenerational service on June 20th (more information on this event will be forthcoming).
The service on June 6th will be inside the sanctuary with masks required at all times. The children’s worship service will be held exclusively on the UUFH playground and children will not enter the building to help keep our unvaccinated youth safe. Parents are welcome to attend the indoor service if they feel comfortable doing so or remain outdoors with the youth. The restroom inside the cottage will be open to kids and their parents.
With the guidelines constantly changing we are doing our best to keep up to date while still keeping our children and vulnerable population safe. Please be patient with us, I will make sure to alert y’all to any further changes. As always the service will also be available for viewing on youtube.
Even as CDC Guidelines have eased, we are proceeding with caution as some of us may have not yet gotten the Covid-19 Vaccine. Therefore, there will be adjustments we need to make as we move forward so we will all need to be patient with the process.
Bottom Line…We can’t wait to see all of you!
