Sunday Aug 22 and until further notice
- Face coverings are required. Extras will be available if necessary;
- Distancing (six feet minimum) is required between parties of more than three;
- Sanitizing gels will be available;
- Elbows, smiles and warm words are how we’ll greet each other;
- Those with lightweight or lawn chairs please bring them with you. If you have extras to loan for the service, please bring them too;
- Same with umbrellas for shade. At this point there are no canopies;
- We ask you avoid using restrooms for now, so plan accordingly;
- We will no doubt face some wet weather, and need to cancel a service, we will notify you 3 different ways; If, because of weather, this service needs to be CANCELLED, There will be; a) an email sent by 8AM on Sunday, b) a message on the UU Office phone ( by 8AM ) c) a notice on the UUFH Facebook page ( by 8AM)
- Per denominational recommendations on airborne droplets, we won’t be singing for the time being (be patient…);
- We’re also holding off on any food or drinks before, during and after the services;
- We now have an outdoor sound system, but it might take a few services to get things right – especially with Kanuga Road so close. (Be patient…)
- A touch-free offering will be lifted at each service. Your support will be greatly appreciated;
- Don’t forget any guests that come our way. If the sanctuary is our “living room”, the parking lot is our “patio”
- Please be extra patient and gracious with all this. Some parts are simple, some aren’t, and there’s probably a whole bunch of stuff we didn’t see coming. The point is to be together.
