“Empathy is Born in the Body”

What if a more peaceful world begins with each of us in our own bodies: with slowing down, with acknowledging our own breath, with honoring the rhythms of our own beautiful and imperfect human forms? This week, we explore the implications of doing less, noticing more deeply, and connecting the body to the heart, the mind, and to all else out there in this wild world. We’ll get curious about honoring our own physicality to foster greater empathy, compassion, and connection with others.
