How do we get over the pain of being hurt or betrayed? The road to forgiveness is one of the hardest to travel in life because we carry our wounds so deeply.
When we hit life’s potholes, we sometimes have blowouts. When this happens, we have a choice to carry a grudge or let go. Forgiveness is complicated, and it is an individual process.
Luanne Allgood is a non-denominational minister. She has been featured on the NBC Nightly National News Making A Difference segment, in USA Today, and has received a Leave a Legacy award for her dedicated and creative work with the homeless and other disenfranchised people. She is known for inspiring and motivating others to live happier and more empowered lives. A certified teacher of Paul Ferrini’s work, she is currently embarking on a year-long course of study with Mark Nepo.
We gather for worship and fellowship each Sunday with a service at 10:30 followed by coffee hour. Dress is casual. Parking is plentiful. And our building is accessible.
Family Ministry / Sunday School: All Ages meet in Sanctuary at 10:30 AM Children go to classrooms at 10:45 after the “Story for All Ages.” On the lower level, we have a nursery for infants and toddlers, and we have classes where children and youth learn about and explore faith, religion, justice, and community.
