Mother’s Day

Sunday, May 14 – Mother’s Day with Mother Nature: Peace Garden Fun

Join us in the Peace Garden for planting and another potluck brunch. Festivities start at 10:30, outside(weather permitting).  

NOTE: There are no Family Ministry EDU Classes this Sunday. Caregivers are invited to join their kids outside to plant in the Peace Garden and play on the playground.  

Ava Lee, Amy L, Carol L, and Colby will be on hand to offer help supervise kids and guide the gardening efforts.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

On Sunday, May 21, Rev. Terry has a special Water Service planned for us followed by a Super Special Surprise Celebration in the Peace Garden. Mark your calendars! You don’t want to miss this event.

Save the Dates and Join Us!

  • Thursday, May 11,  12:15-3 – We  are moving mulch. Have a truck and are willing to help? Please join us at UUFH. 
  • Saturday, May 13, 9-? Volunteers are gathering to clean and organize the cottage and continue planting in the Peace Garden.  
  • Sunday, May 14 – Mother’s Day with Mother Nature. No RE Classes. Families are invited to garden with their kids in the Peace Garden. We’ll provide the plants. Kudos to the Lander Family for leading the effort!
  • Sunday, May 21 – Multigenerational Water Service with Rev. Terry followed by a special surprise celebration in the Peace Garden.
