Jack Caldwell: The Unsung Hero Award

The Unsung Hero Award was presented to Jack Caldwell on Sunday, June 2, to honor his outstanding contribution creating and implementing our Security Plan. Jack was also recognized for his work as a Pastoral Associate, member of the UUFH Choir, and volunteer for Feed the Kids Coalition. Hehas once again been invited to join the chorus that performs at the Flat Rock playhouse at Christmas, and he will be singing with the choir at a fall performance at the FR Playhouse.

Congratulations, Jack!

The award recipient is selected by a committee representing SJOT, the UUFH Board, and the previous year’s winner from nominations submitted by UUFH members/friends. The award recognizes someone rarely on the stage or at a microphone, but who nonetheless serves the Fellowship in multiple but unsung ways. You can check out the Unsung Hero in Fellowship Hall soon and see who else has been recognized.
