“Cultivating Loving Kindness and Compassion”

In order to have success as Gautama Buddha did, in awakening to the inter-connectedness of all things, we must first awaken to loving kindness and compassion that now resides in our own hearts and minds. The Buddha taught many methods for cultivating these attributes. The methods are simple and when applied regularly will have a profound impact on how we live our lives. These teachings have been passed down from Teacher to Student for over 2500 years. They are time-tested and still relevant today in helping us to lessen suffering.
