Merry Meet, Sunday October 24th at 6;00 pm; The Samhain ritual.  It is believed that this is the time when the veil between this world and the next is thin, and a time to honor our ancestors, and loved ones who are no longer with us. We will be holding a Celtic fire ritual, which was the way it was celebrated 1000’s of years ago.  The ancient people believed that by wearing make-up or fashioning masks any evil spirits entering this world would not recognize them and pass them by.  In honor of that tradition, if you wish to do so feel free, many of us will be doing the same!!
