Scheduling Zoom Meetings

If you are staff, the chair of a team/committee/task force or a member of the Board, you may need to schedule a meeting at some point. Follow this protocol:

  • Check Google calendar HERE on this website to make sure there are no conflicts
  • Email the office to request a Zoom meeting. Make sure you request ZO (non-UUFH license), Z1 (first license) or Z2 (second license)*
  • Make sure you give start AND end time–and build in an extra thirty minutes as a buffer between another meeting because you don’t want your meeting to be bumped by someone starting theirs early!
  • Schedule your meeting using the correct license sign in

Good rule of thumb: if your meeting is not on Google calendar it does not exist in UUFH world, so don’t forget to contact the office.
