  Greetings, from the Settled Minister Search Committee 2023

The UUFH Ministerial Search Committee met on Saturday, September 2nd with Jess Hunt from the UUA Congregational Life team via Zoom. Jess led the committee in a wide ranging interactive discussion about the successful steps needed to find a settled minister including meeting deadlines, communication with the congregation, and open, respectful conversations between committee members even when there are disagreements. We enjoyed the discussion and looking forward to reading the responses from the Congregational Survey and arranging Cottage meetings in early October.
