(Way Beyond) the Golden Rule

We can all quote at least one, maybe two, instances of the “Golden Rule”, however, what is the intent of this “rule” and can somebody please explain why All, as in EVERY, spiritual tradition on Earth has a version of it? Wow! Marc Mullinax returns on July 9th to speak about the Golden Rule as you’ve rarely heard it before.
